RETURN POLICY
We stand behind each product that is crafted under our roof.
STOCK ITEMS – If you purchase an item from GrainDesigns.com or Grain Designs Furniture + Mercantile Store and are unhappy with it for any reason within the first 30 days, you may return your item with a receipt or proof of purchase for a refund. Items must be returned in salable condition. Non-salable items cannot be returned. If you do not have proof of purchase, at Grain Design’s discretion you may be offered an exchange or a Grain Designs Gift Card at the current or last-known price.
To return an item purchased from GrainDesigns.com for a refund, please call 701.356.6608 to arrange returns for products purchased online. You are responsible for return shipping charges.
CUSTOM BUILT ITEMS – Every piece of furniture and decor is hand crafted and quality inspected before it leaves our production shop and Grain Designs Furniture + Mercantile store. In the event you identify any quality issues upon receiving your custom piece of furniture or decor, please notify your Grain Designs sales contact immediately via email or call 701.356.6608. Any quality concerns or issues must be reported with in 7 business days of receiving your piece.
All sales are final for custom built projects and no refunds will be issued. It is our goal to provide you with the highest quality product possible, repairs or replacements will be handled on a case by case basis.
